Double Crimp Screen

Double Crimp Screens are produced by weaving previously crimped wires into one another. The mesh width and wire diameter determine the number of crimps within a mesh width.

In some cases it is possible to produce grids with identical mesh width and differing numbers of crimps. The number of crimps set by us guarantees the highest possible mesh stability.


Lock Crimp Screen

    The Lock Crimp Mesh is produced via the pre-crimp technique. The warp and Shute wires are both crimped at their points of intersection and ensures that there is no wire movement in the mesh. This makes the lock crimp wire cloth a very hearty stainless steel screen mesh.

Plain Formed Edge Hook

Used for screens of wire diameters greater than 4.0mm 0r more.

Edges are annealed by controlled heating before forming to eliminate cracking and breakage.

Metal Shroud Edge Hook

Hook has a 1.6mm galvanized plate covering the hooks, bent at 45˚or C shaped at 180˚. Used for wire diameters of 1.0mm or more and less than 4.0 mm.

Standard shrouding is 18 gauge, with other thicknesses on request.

Inside Reinforced Formed Edge Hook
For wire diameters of 4.0 mm or more and less than 6.0 mm with a metal sheet, and larger for uniform tensioning.

A 3mm mild steel angle insert is welded inside the wire hooks, strengthening the screen for uniform tensioning and ease of installation on vibrating equipment.

High Carbon Spring Steel

• Most common, high mechanical strength and is sufficiently malleable to allow deformation without the introduction of defects, Cracks etc.

• Resistant to abrasion, shock, vibration and heavy loads.

65Mn, 72A & 72B High-Manganese Steel

• Extremely hard, abrasion and corrosion resistant. This metal excels when used in applications where the material is extremely abrasive and chemically corrosive. The smooth surface of the metal prevents material from adhering to it, making it ideal in applications where the material is damp and prone to blinding.

• For the aggregate industry, manganese steel wire has the optimum combination of strength, ductility and abrasion resistance. These properties combined with advanced manufacturing processes deliver a product that will produce a lot increase in wear life in even the most demanding applications.

Manganese mine screen embedded (Mn65-Q) of the weave, weft overlapping points are not prominent, with a smooth surface, even by force. Hardness of HB180-230, has good ductility and toughness. In the strong shock, friction, the plastic deformation of the surface due to strong hardening, the surface hardness can be increased to more than HRC60, resulting in higher wear resistance, while the interior remains higher ductility and toughness. When the old surface wear, the new wear layer will form on the surface, so long life.

Stainless Steel 304/316

• 304 Most versatile and most common. Responds well to hardening by cold working. Can operate up to 850˚C. Resist to corrosion.

• 316 Enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride contaminated media. Can operate up to 870˚C. Resistant to corrosion.

We produce stainless steel wire mesh from first class stainless steel wire material in SUS/AISI 201 202 302 304 310 310S 316 316L 321 430 etc. Stainless steel wire mesh with its excellent resistance against acid, alkali, heat and corrosion,find extensively uses in processing of oil, chemical, food, making wire mesh filter,also sorting and screening of solid,metallurgy,airspace and machine making etc

Installation instructions: 

the screen is installed with using of tensioning metallic bars into a separator over different types of hook strips, further with using of side bars and wedges, possibly is fastened into a frame.

A 3mm mild steel angle insert is welded inside the wire hooks, strengthening the screen for uniform tensioning and ease of installation on vibrating equipment.

High Carbon Spring Steel

• Most common, high mechanical strength and is sufficiently malleable to allow deformation without the introduction of defects, Cracks etc.

• Resistant to abrasion, shock, vibration and heavy loads.

65Mn, 72A & 72B High-Manganese Steel

• Extremely hard, abrasion and corrosion resistant. This metal excels when used in applications where the material is extremely abrasive and chemically corrosive. The smooth surface of the metal prevents material from adhering to it, making it ideal in applications where the material is damp and prone to blinding.

• For the aggregate industry, manganese steel wire has the optimum combination of strength, ductility and abrasion resistance. These properties combined with advanced manufacturing processes deliver a product that will produce a lot increase in wear life in even the most demanding applications.

Manganese mine screen embedded (Mn65-Q) of the weave, weft overlapping points are not prominent, with a smooth surface, even by force. Hardness of HB180-230, has good ductility and toughness. In the strong shock, friction, the plastic deformation of the surface due to strong hardening, the surface hardness can be increased to more than HRC60, resulting in higher wear resistance, while the interior remains higher ductility and toughness. When the old surface wear, the new wear layer will form on the surface, so long life.

Stainless Steel 304/316

• 304 Most versatile and most common. Responds well to hardening by cold working. Can operate up to 850˚C. Resist to corrosion.

• 316 Enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride contaminated media. Can operate up to 870˚C. Resistant to corrosion.
