Polyurethane Sieve (mesh) is developed in recent years for mining mineral processing, grading, dehydration and other screening machines replace metal sieve (mesh) of a new product. Polyurethane Modular Screen Panels

Polyurethane Vibrating Screen Mesh is widely used for the classification of bulk material, such as coal, minerals, coke,  etc. So it can be used in the chemical industry, minerals, quarry and smelting industries.  

PU Modular screen panels are all made of highly wear resistant polyurethane.   This kind of PU Modular panels are secured with a  fasten bolt and fixes the panel to the deck.  There are many different variations on this system to saticfy customers' requirements.  The main benefit is that if your screen surface breaks on some area, you only need to change the modular that affected.  This kind of modular system will ease the installation and reduce the downtime of the machine.

Polyurethane Dewatering Screens are used to recover water from wet screening processed material, lowering the water content and eliminating any fines, clays or fillers that could be left in the material feed.  

Dewatering PU modules have great properties in wet applications and a high wear resistance.

Flip Flow or Flip Flop Screens are generally made in 70° Shore polyurethane in 3-5mm thickness. This kind of screens can prevent blinding and plugging effectively.  The screen mats will be quickly stretched and slackened. This action prevents build-up of fines material in corners or pegging in the screen mat apertures.  Flip Flow screens are used in dry screening coal, ores, crushed stone, sand, compost, wood chips, recycled glass and carpet fibres, slag and recycled electronic parts.
